Morning Makeup Musings #93

Ciate London x Jessica Rabbit

Ciate London recently released a collection “in collaboration with” Jessica Rabbit.

I have to admit, I saw the announcements for this release a while ago, but it took me a while to settle my thoughts on it.

Here’s where I landed: I’m not interested. I do think the concept is cool. I feel like the theme is a unique one that my generation could appreciate, but the collection itself, especially the eyeshadow palette just isn’t something I need in my collection.

The colors are okay, but nothing different than I’ve seen before. The biggest detractor for me, though, was that Ciate London keeps releasing eyeshadow palettes, and everyone keeps ignoring them or saying that the quality isn’t good.

What do you guys think? Do you like Ciate London? Am I being to hard on them? Let’s chat!

  1. I don’t hear much about this brand! It’s pretty, but…I’m surprised they didn’t do more with red. I get the purple, and they obviously need a few neutrals… But her hair and dress are bright red lol.
